Tradeshift

Tradeshift is so much easy to set up when you use it for the first and remains very intuitive afterwards. Of course the modified invoices are a top feature. It also really helps me to keep track of some unpaid invoices. It gives clarity (and reflexes) to clients once they get used to it. I have been using it since long time. It suggestions all the feature one needs to create and track elegant invoices. With features like the ability to customize invoices to match the branding of your organization all the way to low level tax features you really can't go wrong with TradeShift for invoicing. It’s super easy to use for a first timer and it’s free. It saves previous invoices which is nice if you need to look back and see what you charged previously. I like that you can get the invoice as a pdf.

Mistakes Happens. It's technology. It works well most of the time. The other half of the time it might have stuff here and there. It does the job it's supposed to do. So that like the clean interface and the options of products and sites to review. It's very easy to find what I am looking for to put my two cents in about the commerce and activity I go through on a day to day basis.

We are trying to become a more naturally friendly company and we understand that one way we can do this is by cutting down on the amount of printed material we send out. In order to achieve this we offer to email invoices to our customer and most of our customers are happy to do so. We are also trying to resolve the old age problem of invoices going missing in the post using Tradeshift we have achieved to solve this problem.
