Tradeshift is mostly used as a platform on bringing the buyers and suppliers to collaborate and coordinate better. The software makes people connected and it is based on agile methodologies and data-driven. It caters to the needs of small, medium and large businesses and there is a Free version available too. The automation features coupled with procurement and supplier management are awesome. Our organization uses Tradeshift because it simplifies the process for creating custom invoices for the customers and from the customer's screen, the report is also very simple to understand

TradeShift would immensely benefit if it offers a greater range of customization options especially for allowing users to create their own email and invoice templates instead of relying only on the default options of Tradeshift. The customer service group also needs a lot of training about the product and in turn how they can better connect with the users in resolving the issues. The documentation also needs a lot of improvement to make it user friendly.

The best benefit of using Tradeshift is undoubtedly the live tracking of the status of the items. With the continuous agile and data driven metrics, I am always updated about the exact status of items. Our organization uses Tradeshift to invoice the customers and track payments.
