The best part about ToutApp, I think, is its ability to schedule your emails to a certain time and to be able to track when the emails get open and how many times. ToutApp also allows me to know if my emails get deleted without even being open. It provides you with the ability to create templates and send out various mass email campaigns.

The analytics provided by ToutApp are not always precise, thus not constantly reliable, so I wish the product would be more accurate. Also, when I'm on my mobile, I get notified when someone has responded to my email, yet I cannot see the response itself using the app, I have to open my email inbox and read the response there.

ToutApp is an extremely helpful tool for everyone who is dealing with sending out email campaigns as it gives you a clear idea of how your recipients are responding to your messages. The software allows you to easily track if your emails get open or not when they get open, if there is an attachment the program will inform you if all the pages are read if they were forwarded, etc. The email scheduling feature is of great help, too. Using ToutApp, you are able to create email templates and share them with your team members for collaboration. ToutApp is really time saving and getting you much more efficient and organized.
