ToutApp is an email management and tracking software tool which enables your email account to be utilized as a home base for sales reps. It allows you send promotions, track campaigns and to follow up with prospects in a timely manner. The analytics are strong enabling you to learn both the performance results and ongoing trends in the big picture while allowing you to drill down into detail reporting down to the individual email. You can view real time data to learn insights that will allow you to scale the campaigns which are working best and remove those which are not. You can build entire email campaigns in your Gmail, Outlook or many popular email services and customer relationship management softwares. I used ToutApp from a branded work email synced to my Pipedrive account last year and am just leaving the review. The company I was working for at the time had clients such as Adobe and it was we used it everyday in our sales pipeline. There is a free trial available and lots of integrations available for ToutApp which is great as you can extend it's functionality into other systems quite easily. The reminders is a good feature and it was used daily to follow up with prospects in a timely manner. You can attach files and track downloads, as well as email click rates, who opened it, when it was open, where it was opened, how long it was opened, URL click through rates and more. ToutApp comes with a 14 day trial and ongoing support features - telephone and email. Numerous email and CRM integrations ensure that your customer data is fully synced and an information transparency existed between all platforms. Everything is available from a centralized dashboard which integrates right inside your Gmail, for example. You can implement single email or bulk email campaigns and utilize automatic follow ups with email templates which saves time and increases productivity. The templating feature is very useful as well. There are pre-made email templates you can utilize or customize, or create your own. I like that you can create groups which helps to keep things organized. It would be relatively easy to get an entire team onboard using ToutApp with solid support provided to paid clients. The user interface is straightforward and intuitive to use.

The ToutApp crashed a few times over a couple months while I was consulting last year for a large tech-savvy business. It was always resolved relatively promptly but that it occurred was an issue that caused priorities to have to be shifted with subsequent productivity wasted as a result of having to do so. Perhaps it has been overhauled and is super steady nowadays I've just started to use it again.

The ability to sync email accounts and CRM's with ToutApp is a strong feature. That said it was a slightly buggy when we used it. I remember it crashing a few time, but receiving a message from their support that acknowledged the issue very quickly and these issues were always resolved within 2-3 hours at most. ToutApp would make your sales team more productive without a doubt. A huge return is possible by taking action with this software. Pricing is higher than other similar softwares in the market but with outstanding support it is a worthy consideration for email management and tracking software in the market. Recommended.
