They were listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years which was good to see and help create some trust prior to contacting them. I appreciated their SEO process and methodology which was laid out clearly and in solid detail. There SEO Woorank was seventy out of one hundred which was slightly below average during my research though still very respectable as an indicator that they lead by example with their own search engine optimization services. I appreciated the transparency of the business owner having his freelance site testing screenshots made available. His scores were very respectable and certainly indicated a solid level of credibility in their field. They also had a solid page of search engine rankings for clients including keywords and rankings as of late 2015 which was current enough to be valid in my opinion. Though it would also be helpful to name the clients or companies in order to further validate their credibility. Though they did list clients on another page and I was able to make the connection in some cases which was helpful. They maintained a current blog which indicated they are staying on the leading edge of knowledge in their industry and were currently active.

They were not Google Partner certified which would help to validate their expertise. Their testimonials page had no content on it at all which seemed more redundant than the possibility that they had none available. And their pricing page displayed a Wordpress shortcode for something it is supposed to represent such as a pricing table and columns or slideshow. This was a minor issue as I wasn't expecting to have their pricing available though it didn't present the best first impression of their attention to detail one would hope wouldn't be the case with their client campaigns as well.

This company was above average in many ways and passed most of my presales criteria, so I was looking forward to hearing back from them after reaching out through their online submit form regarding a search engine optimization quote for our ecommerce based start-up. Unfortunately, I don't believe there was any response. If I am mistaken then I apologize but I've listened to all of my voicemails and didn't find them when I double checked my email.
