Because of the simple and intuitive platform that the software has, it helps users to manage the overall structure of the product. Once you have discovered how things worked, you will definitely be adept with it. The time tracking that they have progress well in a real-time manner where managers can easily set aims for their employees.

With the functionality of the overall platform, I am fully satisfied on how this had helped the company. However, response from the customer support are not that helpful and looks like generic. Though you get the response fast, but the answers that you needed are different from the response given by them.

This has been an instrument for the improvements that I am now seeing with regards to the workflow of the projects. Most of its features functions well and gives awareness if the reports was been made well or not. This is a software that fits with small to middle size companies who are still looking for the right product.
