The TmeTrade is a tool designed to provide users accurate web based, enterprise class scheduling. It is used by small and large business organizations to automate complex scheduling processes across various locations and time variations. It comes with a free trial version and deployed in three formats which are through the cloud, SaaS and web based solution platform. The TimeTrade offers training support for new users through documentation and webinar sessions.

I didn’t find this platform user friendly at all and I believe this is because users who are not on the enterprise level will not find the product worthwhile. Its features are so limited as I was unable to chat nor make calls to anyone but could only communicate through the email service with a response that took ages to come. They need to up their game with the sleazy customer care personnel who made it more frustrating.

The TimeTrade come with some fantastic features checklist like resource/ appointment scheduling, reservations, meeting room booking, facility/ automated scheduling, calendar management and online/ group scheduling. I want to believe this makes the TimeTrade the platform to beat when it comes to efficiency. It comes with a high degree of flexibility and control it gives to every user. However, if you need this experience, it has to be on the enterprise level and just in case you desire a super simple solution, there are other options out there in the market.
