What was the best part about using TimeRewards?

If it worked, this would be a nice software package, inexpensive and offering the basic functions that we need. However...

What would you change about your experience with TimeRewards?

It doesn't work! The most basic function (submitting timesheets) does NOT FUNCTION. All of the other problems could just be counted as bugs that need to be fixed, but if we can't submit timesheets, then there is no point to the software at all.

Overall Feedback

This has been a HUGE waste of our time. In addition to not being able to submit timesheets, we have had a score of other issues with this software. The support (mostly through "chat") responds quickly, but does not solve the problems. Repeatedly we have been told that they "have it working in beta." We are invited to go to the beta site and use that. And we are promised the beta site will be live at various dates, which of course has not happened. Most recently, we were told that the beta site was made live yesterday, but then pulled back because of "issues." And yet going to the beta site is still the only solution they can offer to our need to get last months timesheets in. Don't waste your time on this. Find something that actually works, even if you have to pay more for it.
