ThunderTix gives rather innovative take on event management and helps to manage around with immensely wide reporting that can help you to keep up with all the data. When comparing the tool set it has with the affordable nature of it, then I can say it is more than justified as the program functions well, is accurate and customer support is out-of-this-world!

Not that there is much to complain about, the main issue I can pinpoint was the slow loading for the pages – well, then again I can’t say it is that much of an issue as it might not happen with everybody. The only other issue you will encounter is that you cannot purchase the program right the same day and when it comes to its’ functions, they could add coupon system as well that right away, at least that I know of, doesn’t exist.

ThunderTix is quite honestly in any ways fabulous program, helping you coordinate and keep track on registrations, surveys, ticketing, customers etc. It functions perfectly and as far as I can say, you are not likely to encounter any issues with it – other than slow page loading, there’s not much to complain about. Definitely a good run for the price!
