ThinkTouch Interactive Kiosks

The platform is easy (and fun!) to use and lets our team focus on the content, not the layout, programming, or performance -- I know whatever content add will look great on our kiosks in the customized interface they provided. The system is flexible enough to handle many different types of "stories" with different media formats, and we can categorize them in different ways to make it easier for our visitors to browse and find content. The kiosk player itself has a beautiful user interface that they customized with our logo / backgrounds / etc. so it really looks like it was custom-developed for us.

I can't think of any major drawbacks. We are really happy with the overall solution.

Overall my team has been extremely pleased with our ThinkTouch solution and believe it will serve us for many years to come. The editors are easy to use, and the kiosk software runs and looks great on our touch screen systems. Customer service has been outstanding. We are using this for one 3-kiosk installation right now but plan to deploy additional kiosks (with new content) in the future, and they don't charge extra for that which is great.
