Overall the on line class was fine, but in the end I was not aware that the CE Shop required that I take an on-site proctored exam from them in addition the actual proctored real estate exam from the state. 10 months AFTER passing the exam getting my Real Estate I had to surrender it to the DOS because I didn't take the CE Shops exam and therefore never completed the class. The CE Shop did nothing to help resolve my situation. Their response was simply that my course had expired so I'd have to take it again along with their exam. Since there is no way to take a 75hr class and proctored exam in the 10 days the DOS gave me to produce the completion certificate I had to surrender the license. I no longer have access to the site since my course expired; maybe there is a place where it is mentioned but it certainly was not clear. As the "instructor" they have a responsibility to their students to properly inform them. CE Shop failed miserably in that respect and in the end I lost my license because of it.
