A tool that is best to utilize to track issues. It is also a great tool to backtrack previous issues to check on possible effects. We were able to identify issues pretty well now, issues that might be connected to bug etc. we could cure issues and get back in finding solutions as fast as possible.

Just like any software there are really downfalls that we could experience, for Testtrack, the issue that I have with them is the ability to fully adapt the layout of TestTrack to fully customize it in accordance to our requirements and business needs. There are workarounds though but we still feel that it would be better if it could be customized.

This is a tool that is highly recommended if you are looking for a robust tool that could present high level issue tracking. We use the tool to know the current issue and as well as possible resolution to run the software error free. This is a great tool to utilize to ensure that all issues are tracked and resolved in a speed.
