TermScout is easy to use and it provides you with a lot of information though some of them a bit unnecessary.The customer service is great, fast and responsive.I like the user interface, it is intuitive, clean and overall, very well designed.The accurate and timely nature of the data is invaluable.It is constantly being updated to enhance the user experience.

I found that some of the information are not as timely as I would prefer and some are old and inaccurate.Integration with internal data sources is limited. Also, I wish it would integrate with Salesforce automatically. They should modify the notification feature. They come all at once, I think it would be better to receive them as they happen.
