Telmetrics

Awesome customer service! We have had very unreliable customer service in the past, so this was a pleasant change for our company. Every rep we have talked to has been courteous and knows what they are talking about, which boosted our confidence in the company as a whole. The detailed reporting features in this system have allowed us to prove our value to our advertisers. This has helped us boost profits and customer satisfaction, since we prove to clients that their advertising is actually working to generate leads and calls. Telmetrics also allows us to make custom solutions for our clients, which has improved our customer relations quite a bit. The more options we can give them, the better they like it.

I have yet to find any serious problems or annoyances with the program. Like with most computer software, once in a while it can get a little bit slow, but that may be more an issue with our hardware than the software. Either way it hasn't been a significant issue. The interface has one or two minor features that I think could be improved on at some point for easier navigation and usage, but it's not a big deal.

Overall I would recommend this system. I have been able to rely on it consistently for a couple years now, and that reliability is important to me. I would recommend this system because it has helped us prove to our clients that we are actually offering them tangible results, and that means our profits have been increased. Happy clients come back for more! That can be said of our clients as well as us in regards to Telmetrics.
