This company is one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure to work with in lieu of many dilemmas I was experiencing with another call tracking service. They brought to light what real expertise and timeliness was about as well as produced results that were of the best accuracy. There was really NOT a single thing that I found negative in my experience with Telmetrics- which is odd considering that I went through about 4 prior incidences with other like companies that really were inconvenient. The only thing I would change or mention to the company that I see needs improvement is the interface could use a little overhaul to make it less dated and more dynamic. It also very rarely seems to load and run a little slow than I would expect.

Telmetrics is superior to many other call tracking vendors that I have had experience with in the past. It definitely sweetened the sour taste left in my mouth and pocket by incompetent call tracking vendors who failed me in so many facets. Their customer service is pleasantly one of the best reasons I would recommend them and their software to others while their performance and features reign true consistently of what most are looking for out of a call-tracking software service provider.
