I had researched this company recently as well as contacted them to learn more about their digital marketing service for our ecommerce retail start up. They mentioned hiring a dedicated SEO specialist on their website which made me curious. I was hoping their digital marketing campaigns were as strong as their web design which was the main reason I got it touch for a quote.

I was unable to find them in the Better Business Bureau which is the fastest way to create trust in prospects doing their homework in my opinion. They were not Google Partner certified when I checked. Although their website portfolio was quite good, I could not find any case studies with performance metrics for their SEO clients which would be helpful to prospects as well. They redirect you to SEO clients but mention nothing about their campaigns, only linking to their website. They weren't Google Partners when I checked though PPC or Analytics did not seem to be their core competency, it would help validate their digital marketing expertise.There was a rip off report indicating the company took a smaller sum of money for web and logo work but then stopped communicating. Though there are always two sides to the story and the owner of the company did respond to this. At first I was inclined to believe him over the person who left the complaint, as I appreciated his response and so was glad to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then while looking for further reviews online I noticed the same person who left the rebuttal on the rip off report left his own company a five star review on the Trust Radius review site. While this is not illegal or terribly immoral, it's certainly not standard practice or objective, and raised a red flag so to speak which made me curious about their ethics as a company.

While they seem to be primarily a web design and development company they listed additional services including search engine optimization, social media marketing and pay per click advertising so I reached out to learn directly from one of their representatives in order to obtain a quote for our project. Unfortunately, unless I am mistaken I did not get a response from them at all in the next four business days, or six days overall. I did mistakenly delete a voice mail from one company in the last week and it was there call I apologize. But while double checking my email account there was nothing there, and regardless of a possible missed voicemail, an email follow up would be in their best interest as well, I believe. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them currently for digital marketing, though if you can get in touch perhaps their web design would suit your business as it was particularly strong.
