This is one of several project management software tools I have tested during my research in order to find the best for multiple projects. I like the user interface and dashboard it's a clean and modern design. You can customize several elements to match your brand. There is color coding throughout your account which helps keep things better organized with an overview tab for a big picture view. It's very easy to create project, tasks, messages, time entries, notebooks, risks and more. And it's also easy to assign tasks and user roles to team members. On a more advanced note, you can create sub-tasks, task priorities and dependencies, due date and time span allotted of the task. It's great to have a Gantt chart feature available as well within the Tasks tab, but not have it overwhelm the space until you decide to view it. You can track billable and non-billable hours with a timer for budget management purposes as well as invoicing clients. There are collaboration features which allow you to message team members. There are native apps for Android and iOS making it possible to have remote project management for your whole team.

I believe they should provide much more inclusive features across all of their plans and still have the number of project be the main differentiating factor among their plans. The way they currently don't offer useful features even on their lower paid plans isn't incentive to upgrade in my opinion it's an opportunity as a prospect to look elsewhere for better value. For example you can't currently utilize third party services such as Google Drive or Box with a paid account. And live chat is not a feature integrated into the software but it is available in a separate desktop app so it's not as efficient as it could be, but no more of a hassle than using Skype in your workflow for example.

This is a robust project manager that is very simple to use and includes Gantt charts when you need them is terrific. You can use this software for up to two projects with solid features included completely free which is great news for us. You're not limited by the amount of users which can use your account and there is a free trial with no credit card required so you have nothing to lose which is good. There are lots of options for paid accounts and pricing is very reasonable considering the value offered but I really feel like the integrations should be included in all of their paid plans. Otherwise, this is among the best project managers during my research and I'm glad to recommend it.
