The best part of TeamViewer is if you get stuck you can easily share screens so another can help. I've used TeamViewer a few times when I need a coworker to help me with some technical issues and I cannot follow. This has made life so much easier because the other person was able to go onto my screen, even though he was very far from my location, and fix the problem I was having with my computer.

The worst part of TeamViewer once the program is downloaded the program opens every time I restart my computer. Then my computer takes forever to open. I also noticed, when I attempt to close TeamViewer the program opens up again and it takes me a few times to completely close the program down.

Overall, if you need collaboration and screen sharing abilities TeamViewer is the way to go. TeamViewer is free and makes life easier. On the other hand, TeamViewer has some glitches, which can become a nuisance. On the other hand, for free collaboration software TeamViewer works great and if you don't mind a few bugs and want to save a few bucks TeamViewer is the way to go for collaboration software.
