TeamPassword

Our company have dozens of accounts for different services and sites. We were glad that TeamPassword make it easy for us to check if our admins, employees and other staffs have an account at the said site. And instead of making duplicate accounts, the team members of the company are able to log-in which is very convenient to us. They also provide a great security for the access of the accounts which gives us comfort and confidence all the time. We were able to put passwords on the documents and spreadsheets, and able to use a personal password for my own purposes. Accessing and sharing passwords have never been this easy too.

No major problem since the support team was very helpful in every queries and problem we encountered in their service. But I just wish that I am able to reset my master password. Anyways, we are able to change some except for this. I am hoping that the company will somehow upgrade or improve even the minor issues about this software.

Overall this tool is great! You can actually avail their free trial so you can see how it works. Their customer service is a top-notch! They give quick solution to anything. The best part is its ability in making it easier for us to access the passwords for those who leaves the company is a great thing! Like for example, if a client makes an employee leave and there is a need to change and access the pass, I can easily know where to find those passwords. A plus for those who doesn't want to keep remembering it, because sharing and accessing other pass is definitely possible.
