What was the best part about using Teamgate?

The best part about this tool is that the intelligent aspect of the system gives a salesman the most relevant reports and insights. Advice through every step not only allows you to always stay in touch with the sales process, but also helps you develop specific selling skills that are necessary for every salesman.

What would you change about your experience with Teamgate?

Though there are nothing much to dislike with this tool, the efficiency when it comes to information resources on how to use the tool is lacking. It’s hard to manipulate or navigate the tools without enough knowledge and training about the product especially for a non-tech user. If there might be a book about this product or a virtual community gatherings where queries are being asked and answered so that non-tech users will be able to learn.

Overall Feedback

If you are looking for tools that is heavy on sales for small to mid-size companies, this might be worth the try tool. It deploys a clean and clear interface, and we like it a lot. It lets you report calls, sales and forecast the business for the month, or quarter, or even the year. It includes a separate space where your team members can talk to each other via chat, discussing business and best practices.
