It was specially designed for customer service, contact centers, marketing agencies, enterprises or collection agencies. It is completely a web based platform and also provided as a SaaS tool while its predictive dialer feature makes it an amazing platform to work with. I like that this is a robust software and all- encompassing solution tool with great features like call logging, scripting, recording and routing as well as the IVR/ voice recognition and progressive dialer features.

I don’t have much to say about the xCally because I didn’t quite use it for my business services but deployed it to work for a client. However, I think that it should be flexible with multiple operating systems and make sure that its one- time payment remains balanced, that way more users get on- board.

I like the recording functionality of the platform. It is so easy to use and comes with a very intuitive user interface. xCally has an excellent customer service and its functionality with tools like workforce management, virtual call center and quality management has ensure that users have a rewarding and effective platform to work with.
