The part that I like about this tool is the commitment to continue to improve not only its existing modules but add new ones along the way. They have also started to work towards a Cloud solution. They are very responsive to the needs as a business and willing to work with to make modifications where necessary to allow users to continue to get better as a company.

I think there are some areas that have evolved quite nice with the product and other areas that could use some work still. I would offer that someone should extensively test the solution to make sure it meets the business needs and requirements. This software is highly powerful but needs more testing.

Overall, it is a great tool because it includes other intuitive features that save time and increase efficiency, including the ability for users to drill-down to details with one click, save queries for later use, export query results directly to Excel, and set their own specific navigation and browser preferences. In addition, to protect confidential data, security can be set at the role and/or user level.
