The best thing I like about Target Process is that it has its user guide where ever I get stuck I always have a support online which makes me and my team completely independent. Surely, its visual work management on a single screen makes me do things very fast and easy.

There is nothing much I dislike about Target Process but sometimes while in the process of doing iteration planning, it becomes quite difficult to get an estimate of people count allocation and also availability. Apart from that, there is another thing I would like to add is that the Timeline feature of Target Process could do with little more improvement and could make it better.

I am happy that I was able to actually, get a chance to be able to use this tool Target Process. We have realized that this is a software tool which has helped our organization to visualize and manage many Agile projects with full and real support for Scrum and a customized Agile method. I must mention here is that With increased visualization and functionality, Target process gives the clarity you need across all team members, projects, and the entire organization.
