What was the best part about using Tangoe MDM?

Tangoe MDM mobility management platform support Android and iOS devices and it allows data tracking. Tangoe MDM is featuring now Real-time telecom expense management tool. Tangoe MDM has a very good geo-fence policy and bound MDM and rTEM capabilities. Employees can use their devices quite easily and effectively with Tangoe MDM.

What would you change about your experience with Tangoe MDM?

Tangoe MDM does not have a Mac or Linux versions and it is available only for Windows. The administration dashboard is only available in the browser. There is no admin interface for iOS or a desktop version. Tangoe MDM can integrate to Microsoft BPOS and other helpdesk providers. Tangoe MDM does not support integration with Apple GSX.

Overall Feedback

One great fact about Tangoe MDM is its wide support of different systems and platforms including BlackBerry and Windows mobile. It does not support the Symbian system. The deployment of smartphones and devices is straightforward and quick. Tangoe MDM is priced quite fairly and competitively to other providers. I would recommend Tangoe MDM for its usability and flexibility.
