I like how TalentFlow plays well with my current Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software. TalentFlow lets your business take advantage of Social Media, Job Boards, Talent Pools, and small career centers. TalentFlow helps businesses remain compliant with EEOC/OFCCP regulations; that is, storing and managing all the required legal information. I especially like how everything in TalentFlow is not rigid, but highly customizable.

There is no free trial offered on their website. Pricing and demo’s are only available after contacting TalentFlow. Minimum hardware and software compatibility (i.e., company machine specs, operating systems, default browsers, etc.) is not delineated. Implementation and website integration is not spelled out. Details and application performance of any of their modules requires viewing the demo. TalentFlow claims multi-lingual capability, but to what extent is not further explained.
