anything relevant to your product/service. The results are instant and do not need to run for hours. The most helpful features are word clouds, charts, and looking at specific conversations by channel (Twitter, Forums, blogs, news, etc.) Sysomos also doesn't have a maximum number of search results which allows your team to review as much data as they want. No other service yet matches what Sysomos can do here.

Lack of features for Instagram and Facebook. Some news stories that show up in a Google search sometimes don't show up in Sysomos results while searching for the same keywords. The sentiment analysis isn't the strongest, but I haven't found a tool that does it better. The word clouds and ability to tie words to related words is a huge plus.

It's a great tool with quick turnaround of data that you need. Visualizations are very cool. You don't need to spend time creating charts and stuff. You can do screen grabs and present it easily.Probably better than most tools available. But it would be advisable to look in to your requirement before investing in this product. So far this has worked for my company.
