What was the best part about using SysAid?

SysAid being a cloud-based software and the ability to be hosted locally makes it a very excellent help desk software. With the help of the tool, you can respond promptly to the client requests and complaints. Remote access, self-serve portal, and password reset are a few more features that are available in the tool. I work in an IT and this software is so far the best one we people have used as a help desk software till date. Utilising prioritisation, escalation management and service level management, all are looked after by the software itself. A considerable improvement in the UI and UX will also be noticed by you.

What would you change about your experience with SysAid?

The major shortcoming is that you have to install SysAid in every computer or device in which you want to use the tool. It is really very much time exhausting. The other big letdown is that they do provide the free version but many important features are not available in the free version and you need to pay for every extra feature that you want to use. It is really disappointing as paying separately for every feature makes is over budgeted. I have never faced any issues while using the application. The software never crashes or hangs. It renders you with a really smooth user experience.

Overall Feedback

If your company does not have a solid IT infrastructure than this tool is the best recommended for you. This will surely help you a lot in handling your help desk needs and you will yourself feel the difference in your infrastructure and also the feedback from your clients. From my personal point of view, I will say that though this software is a bit expensive and in initial setup your time is exhausted, but once the setup is fully equipped it will be the best decision made by you for your organisation ever.
