The major shortcoming is that you have to install SysAid in every computer or device in which you want to use the tool. It is really very much time exhausting. The other big letdown is that they do provide the free version but many important features are not available in the free version and you need to pay for every extra feature that you want to use. It is really disappointing as paying separately for every feature makes is over budgeted. I have never faced any issues while using the application. The software never crashes or hangs.
