What was the best part about using SysAid?

The capacity to tweak the application to fit your organization and the way YOU work. A considerable measure of utilization constrain you to alter work processes and procedures to work with their application. SysAid permits you to change the product to work for you. We have intensely redone the item to permit us to do things that most items available would never permit. The SysAid client administration is exceptional and they infrequently can't think of an answer for any venture or issue required.

What would you change about your experience with SysAid?

The Service Request module is a torment. The email to case screw everything, the solicitation rundown is really difficult to redo, and the structure... take perpetually to stack.
