With their realtime monitoring , data collected worldwide and multilingual and social media intelligence , Synthesio is a global platform that would work as well in any country or language . Synthesio’s global reach attracts us the most . It is great to be able to use their Social Intelligence platform to gather data from all over the world .

The program could use some work and make it optimal as possible , however , whenever you may give a suggestion, the support is more than happy to help . Some work to improve on their user interface . But they have already addressed many of the users needs and seem to be very receptive to feedback . Software maintenance can causes glitches and Synthesio’s platform is not very mobile friendly .
