Synthesio

Synthesio helps organizations to better attract and retain their customers by slicing through the social noise and identify the consumer conversations that propel the image of the brand. The salient feature is that Synthesio combines both technology and human analysis. I especially liked the infographic designs as well as the HashTag Tracking relating to Pre Event, and Post Event Data Analysis. The user interface is simple and easy to understand and the dashboard functionality is very good.

I think Synthesio can improve in providing realtime data at events and the amount of retrieving data froms the dashboards can be more optimized. I also feel navigation in the current version is little tedious and laborious and expect it to fell lot better in the future versions. Some of my colleagues pointed out that the auto sentiment tagging is also not that accurate as sometimes it gets confused whether the comment is neutral, positive, or negative.

I think the best way to use Synthesio is to be very clear in mind on what you want to track and why do you need to track. Synthesio is a great tool to get rid of data that is not relevant to the needs of organization. I think to leverage the full benefits it is pertinent to work with the agents and insist they too provide a report when using it for a large scale campaign or event. Our organization is new to Synthesio but we had some benefits already in the sense we get to see real feedback of our product functionality from the customers.
