I like the whole product, it is difficult to point out some specific features. I like following features and ability of this tool: - ability to listen global data - Track and measure your online reputation - collaborate and engage in real time - success measurement - You can focus on the conversations that matters most to your business - you can easily create, customize and clone reports in seconds.

I didnt find anything worst with this software. Yes, I would love if they start their online support (chat support) for this tool. For security reasons, they dont allow to save passwords, which is good actually but could be irritable at time for some users. Dashboard is really nice and full with important data but it would nice if they allow some customization from user end.
