SynerTrade is not that widely known outside Europe which is actually a shame - it has one of the most modern takes on eProcurements that I have ever seen. It does it all, from sourcing to managing the contract for its' entire lifetime. The intelligence it brings to your purchasing process is far beyond of what you could hope for.

Of course I can't say this is really a downside but they could have a deeper support system for new users who are just getting on board with it. You can always contact them, but for overseas clients it might be a lot of hassle to do that so some deeper guidelines wouldn't hurt.

SynerTrade needs more recognition! They well deserve it with their procure-to-pay B2B platform that is not only functional but is great for the eye. Any user can proudly say it's their go-to software and it is not hard to see why: all important supplier relationship aspects can be easily managed on one platform!
