You can simply take an image of your receipt and file it accordingly within a few steps right from your smartphone which is an amazing time saver when you think about how this used to take when you had to do it manually. The time it took to collect your paper receipts, organize them, file them manually, submit them individually and on and on each month used to be a time you would slot away to take care of this because there was no way around it. Yet now there is a way to drastically speed up this process which makes work much more efficient and flexible when you're mobile. You have several integrations in the accounting, payroll and travel booking areas to utilize which adds tremendous value to your account. If you're already using one these systems it would be amazing to seamlessly connect your expense accounts which is a valuable aspect to consider when using any software. The list of integrations included in their basic account is definitely better than other expense softwares in their market I've tried recently while doing this research to find the best. The user interface is very well setup with everything cleanly laid out and intuitive to use. The features of the expensing software offer significant savings in terms of time and make other ways of doing it redundant and irrelevant. The ability to create and submit reports is super easy in Suti and there's a decent amount of options when it comes to management. The OCR scanning is super useful too which allows you to identify then match in order to attach your receipts and upload them from your phone to your account very quickly. I like that's there apps for both iOS and Android as well because I am seriously considering the switch to Android in the near future because it's time to upgrade but I'm still reviewing my options. Companies that are mid-size or larger would experience a dramatic shift in their accounting efficiency and that productivity would have a significant impact on your bottom line. In my opinion, the value SutiExpense and others like Expensify, ExpenseWatch and others offer is certainly tremendous with entire departments requiring adaptation which is disruptive perhaps but necessary when the savings are this drastic.

I believe the mobile app should have the same functionality as the online version because it would be much more practical this way when you can do certain things on one but not the other it's not efficient because you grow to become efficient in a workflow and the mobile app should make this as simple as the website does.

The pricing per user is slightly more than the industry average at $5.95 per user, per month but this includes more integrations and great value overall. If you're using SutiExpense in thriving small business or mid-size to enterprise class companies you're going to be very happy with the overall experience I believe with the return on your investment to be substantial.
