They have a free forever plan that has full core functionality in it which is great. You have to keep their branding as well but it's not a big deal in return for the value you are receiving. I like that you have a lot of customization options for you account dashboard and your surveys as well. You can create very simple surveys or you can use conditional logic and branching to create very complex surveys and it's nice to have the option so easily. If you are new to this type of marketing SurveyGizmo is a good option because you have a minimal barrier to entry. The user interface is very well setup. Intuitive to learn and easy to use almost instantly so that's great. When you create a new survey you can start from scratch, import from Word or use a template and there are about fifty in the account or so which is great this is a huge time saver. And I am impressed within the templates the range of survey topics and focuses. It's really diverse covering a lot of ground whether it's for sales and marketing purposes, human capital management, entertainment and company and support feedback. You have a good variety of survey tools to take advantage of including radio button and check box surveys and much more. They have a few useful integrations which are cool including Google, Facebook, Twitter, SalesForce and Stripe as well as ExactTarget. And while there are many more integrations this is definitely a very good set in my opinion. I like having the email with ExactTarget so you can follow up which is important. And Stripe is great as well as SalesForce all of which making this much more of a sales tool and a way to actually grow your revenue so that's great. This would be a great way to get market research done as well as competitive intelligence. You definitely garner a lot of useful insight into trends, patterns that your customers are most interested helping provide you with a product road map. And you can get direct feedback about user experience which if you can take it is the best way to increase your brand engagement and loyalty in my opinion. The first hand testimonial from brand advocates is also a valuable connection to make with people completing your survey.

Oddly enough the website branding is so consistent in your account when you are first in the account summary tab with several options across the horizontal menu at the top it isn't completely intuitive in the sense I checked this out before creating my first survey and didn't realize to click the small icon on the top left to get back to the actual survey creation page for a couple minutes, but it has been a long day and it's not a major issue at all.

This software is really great actually. I find it more intuitive to use than SurveyMonkey and that's saying something because it's well put together also. I like that you can view the whole survey on a single page that is very clear to understand and switch around. The drag and drop technology works to speed up your workflow and the whole site loads very fast. Overall, it is a pleasure to work with this software to create your surveys. While the free account you are somewhat limited to the very core functionality though it's not limited in itself. Once you begin to extend your marketing a bit you will need to upgrade and their plans are good value if you are using survey marketing or the software for other purposes intently and consistently. For time saved and ease of use, this is an excellent survey software with solid return on investment possibilities.
