Survey Analytics Community is actually one of the most clever market research softwares out there as it takes away the need to go through many people manually (as many marketers still do). Thanks to the „public voice“, I find it to be quite accurate tool for measuring actual potential of a product/service and therefore, it can’t be emphasized enough what a tremendous help this tool is. Also, it’s voting system works well and thanks to accurate, insightful commenting functionality, I always trust this program to do the most of research for us.

As far as I am concerned, Survey Analytics Community is a wonderful tool for qualitative research and has replaced interviewing tools. However, it is definitely not for every research purpose as it will only reflect opinionated side – most of the times, it’s not neutral and therefore, it’s not 100% accurate. It might be accurate, but you can’t count on it as there will always be one rule: the more people, the more different opinions.

Survey Analytics Community software is very easy to use and sources information with an ease thanks to its community-style platform. When you are sourcing particularly for opinionated results, this is by far the best tool out there. However, keep in mind this technique cannot replace factual data and this is somewhat of a limitation to the implementation possiblities. Not much of a downside though and it’s still great tool to have and use!
