SumTotal elixHR Platform

SumTotal’s cloud-based software can easily be the most reliable HR software out there. It’s easy to log in and learn to use it while the interface looks absolutely beautiful. As a designer, I value greatly the level of detail put into a software and with SumTotal you can be surprised. It’s flexibility and customization options help it to make a great assistant for any small and mid-sized companies as it’s at the same time functional and personal!

SumTotal is very reliable software as it will do most of the job for you and has great features wrapped in a beautiful design, but I think where it lacks is it’s reporting capabilities that are a bit underdeveloped. During our experience of using the program, we found it to take too much time between the test and reporting on its’ results. To end with, some templates can be a little difficult to customize but that’s more of a personal issue than a relevant issue that could occur often.

While SumTotal is packed with great features that can tremendously help any company, no matter its’ size, it could be seen an improvement in its reporting capabilities. However, if you are looking for a program that could take the HR lift off your team and looks wonderful while doing so, this is with no doubt the program for you!
