SuccessFactors combines social learning, analyses and content management as part of the learning management module. One feature, SuccessFactors iContent, or “content-as-a-service," allows companies to manage digital learning materials, including course materials, training videos and presentations. It also comes with the Jam social collaboration tool built in. I think it is a great way to organize your goals

One of the issues that I have with SuccesFactors is that on each update they keep changing the interface and a part of the features and this is brings nothing good to my team or any company as well, they should stick on one interface and understand that on each update we have to start learning and get used to it.

Overall SuccessFactors is an international provider when it comes to cloud-based business execution software. The tool helped on the integration with the on-board, offers collaboration and social business tools, a new learning management system (LMS), performance solution, recruiting tool, applicant tracking platform, talent management, succession planning, and HR analytics to provide you with business strategy alignment, maximum people performance, and team execution to companies of all sizes, small/big industries
