As the name suggests, it really defines the Success Factor! We can best define SuccessFactor as Human Resource Management tool. Each user, i.e. administrator and user have different authentication and authorization. Recruitment process gets simpler using the ‘SuccessFactor’. We can use ‘SuccessFactor’ for performance management. It boosts the performance of employees and eventually helps in achieving the great growth in our business.

All modules are not completely integrated and are a bit complex to understand. So sometimes we need support, but according to my experience, the process is lengthy and takes a lot of time to provide a solution. The hierarchy of modules is too long, so we lost our time for searching desired option. A simpler format might solve this issue.

SuccessFactor is the combined solution for a lot of functionalities, including recruitment process, performance management. The user can handle all types of details, like employee details, very easily in the SuccessFactor. The support will need to be improved for better knowledge of new feature and functionalities. The experience of using SucessFactor is great. We are managing our all tasks in proper format and soon will reach our desired goal.
