SuccessFactors is giving me insights to what my business be and be like their features gives you awesome guides to make the business good and ongoing. I also wants how its features help me to manage my people and records and gives you data to effectively manage with less cost, so I say this product is good.

Im not that techy or savvy user so it makes me confuse when I’m starting to use it, its hard to find what is the equivalent use of this tools and that tools and I struggle with over-complicated processes and layouts. Make it easy to use that everyone can used to it in short period of time even for non techy user like me.

Overall this HR software is good and reliable help regarding in managing people and making the data you needed to improved the business, I say if you are going to use this product get help to the other users who really knows how to use this or search to Google, to use its full potential.
