They seemed really nice and i thought they knew what they were doing and I was comfortable working with them. Very open communication and fast to respond which is great.

The end product really didn't have the outcome that I wanted. My target was North America, and most of my followers on my business page are either from South America or India. I mentioned this to them and said they can't control who likes my page, but said there campaigns were directed at people in North America - but I went through all 4300 + names that "Liked" my page, and the only people from North America were the ones I added from my friends list. They kind of did do what I asked, but 99% of the people who follow me etc, never interact, never do anything, so they're either bots, or people who just have no interest in the page but were paid to do so.

They had great customer service, but the end result was depressing. Not what I asked for. I figured out how to do what they were supposed to do, which took a bit of time, but I now have more likes then ever doing it myself - and my likes are from North America.
