It seems like it has a reasonable set of features. Good use of graphics and client branding.

It seems like it could benefit greatly from a thorough review and re-vamp from a user experience perspective.

The interface makes me question whether this was ever thoroughly evaluated from a client experience perspective: 1)Settings aren't in pop-up or separate window - current session closes while checking or changing settings 2) Clicking on event 'JOIN NOW' button opens video stream in current window. No option to right click and open in separate window or tab. 3) Clicking on 'tab' (e.g. Exhibits, Video on Demand, Attendees) opens in current window. No option to right click and open in separate window or tab. In Day 3 of a 4 day event. 1) Lots of session freezes. 2) Various sessions delivered using different streaming platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, other) - meaning audio and video settings vary from session to session. 3) Volume varies quite a bit - could use some capability to automatically level audio. 4) Multiple chat streams - looks like one in native MS Teams, plus one in Streampoint 'wrapper' that's consistent with other sessions. This is confusing to users. 5) Session moderators started off Day 2 & 3 by advising not to use iPads. Given the number of convention attendees using them, this seems like a glaring lack of support.
