Streamline Shipping

Streamline ERP cloud based solution is built on Salesforce.com platform. We were not a Salesforce customer, but Streamline ERP provides a platform for CRM/TMS/WMS all in one solution. We like the seamless automation through out the system. It supports very complex activities easily along with helping us know our profit/loss per shipment.

Most of the issues we have encountered during our roll-out have been resolved. We understand most systems have some growing pains during its initial phases, but we were very happy with the end result after go-live. The biggest challenge is making sure our data was clean. A lot of data started off in excel spreadsheets, but with the Streamline system it is placed into hierarchy for better management of Accounts, contacts, shipments, etc. The cleaner the data is ahead of time (remove duplicates, email, contact info, etc) the faster the loading and on-boarding.

We leverage Streamline to run our Logistics 3PL/4PL multi-modal business. The platform is very robust and allows us to do quotes, shipments, invoice, quotes, POs, equipment, projects and a lot more. It supports multiple languages for our locations around the globe along with capabilities to add portals for our clients, carriers, etc. We can leverage the system on our mobile devices to stay up-to-date with back office operations. It also provides up with online booking capabilities and we plan to extend the automation in future phases. Our plan is to continue to extend our business operations with Streamline in the future to support our growth.
