Stream V

Stream V has the functionality to offer updates about your operations in real time. It also supports the needs of distributors spanning across multiple languages and locations. The accounting feature of the system was able to support multiple currencies in all their accounting modules. The system was also highly customizable without requiring extensive custom programming to be able to fit in your type of business.

I think the worst thing that I have encountered with Stream V was that consultants were supposed to help you with implementing the system but then it turned out that they also have no clue. And sometimes the reports are not reliable. Although it was quite easy to set up, it was not overly intuitive to use.

We used Stream V initially to manage all our company’s finances such as sales, orders, bookkeeping, stock and product management. We also tried using the CRM features but it was too complex to understand and not intuitive enough to know our needs. However, once you get past and used to it, it gets easier to use.
