Streak

I like that I don’t have to go to different places to know what is going on my pipelines or open up other tabs. It is very good for CRM/sales and we also use it for support and hiring. I also love its email open detection feature. Streak can detect if your recipients are opening up your emails by embedding an invisible one pixel image.

It has no real contact management system. We use some Chrome extension and Google contacts for this and it is not very robust as how I want it to be. It is also quite expensive for what you can get from it. It requires you to pay at least $40 for core functionality per month which is higher compared to Nimble that only requires $15 for its full features.

Streak is an operational tool that helps me better organize communication with my vendors, customers, my company and email. It is like tags but much better than just tagging. This tool is definitely a must if you heavily rely on emails for communication and you like to be organized, and has multiple people on your team.
