I also like that their customer support knows the product well and the answers that they are giving are helpful on the issues that we were asking them.

Even if the software are reliable for small growing companies, the product still lacks some features that can handle large enterprises. Though, I believe that their focus as of now is small companies that are growing in this industry. Still, the software and their customer support are reliable in all areas.

This is a software that I can recommend for small growing companies. Because, I think that the payroll system that it has is not fitted for start-up companies but are fitted for small growing companies. I also suggest on checking their usage level for employees during your test drive if it works for you.
