What was the best part about using Stellar Phoenix Recovery for QuickBooks?

There was nothing positive about my entire experience. I am still very angry about this product.

What would you change about your experience with Stellar Phoenix Recovery for QuickBooks?

I would never have purchased this product in the first place. I would have just entered back in all my data and saved myself the time and money.

Overall Feedback

Absolutely no communication. Software didn't work and after 13 days of them having our file escalated to the highest level of support I still didn't get my file back. Then they refused the refund because they couldn't find the problem. I waited 2 weeks for them to fix my file and they couldn't. If they can't they can't but at least let me know on the countless emails and calls I made to them. I have never left a review before but I am for this company. Beware of the service department, it is very poorly run.
