Since SteelBrick CPQ is native to SaleForce - it is that much more accessible for users to stay within a centralized system and of course reporting optimization! Solution is very easy to use and configure. Customer service is professional and helped me a lot so many times. It is efficient winner for streamlining configurations, abandoning wrong configurations and creating consistent layouts. It is leader in functionality. The application has improved my sales productivity, as well as organized data for market and business analytics. I also like it has a lot of useful features, easy add products etc. In comparison to other solutions price is not so high and you get what you require. Like every solution it has its bad sides, but in spite of all I’ve got used to it, I rely on and depend of SteelBrick CPQ.

Weak point where SteelBrick CPQ needs to work out is quote template builder. I must tweak the quote all the time just to see my changes. It is pretty difficult. Sometimes can be complicate and I can’t manage without professional help. On iPad using the app I can’t open/e-mail a quote document (PDF file) at the moment.

The issue I solved using SteelBrick CPQ is generating quotes and proposals which was my goal.
