Nothing. If I had to pick then I'd say finally being allowed to cancel after a horrible 6 month contract that didn't bring any results.

1) If their service actually provided results 2) If they let you cancel when the service didn't work at all 3) If they didn't keep charging you after you cancel 4) If my account manager hadn't refused to let me speak to his supervisor 5) If the customer service was even decent. They don't care at all about providing a quality service or about customer satisfaction.

BEWARE! They will steal your money and they don't let you cancel! I wouldn't be surprised if all of the positive reviews were written by employees. Notice that its only 5 star glowing reviews or 1 star reviews telling it how it is. I signed a 6 month contract paying $150/month and after seeing zero results in the first three months, I tried to cancel but they said I couldn't. So then I told my account manager Dustin Roza that I wanted to cancel after the contract period but I was still charged another month after it ended. When I called to address this he THEN decides to tell me that I had to call again after the subscription ended to cancel and for that I can't receive a refund. This deception and lack of communication was frustrating but the worst part was the lack of responsibility taken for it. I was not given a refund for the last month the company knew I didn't want and the account manager wouldn't even let me speak to his supervisor. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I'm sad I ever paid a penny to them much less $1,050 because even after 7 months my ranking with them was still zero. They didn't provide and actually hurt my business from a google ranking perspective. According to google's best practices, a company should not have multiple websites. It looks bad and google doesn't take you seriously. Everything should be homogenous and on one website. Staylisted does not get you ranked from your actual website as they advertise! Instead they create a separate (not to mention cheap and inferior) website that they put the rankings on. Beware. Having multiple websites for your business is a BAD THING! I'm embarrassed that I hired a company who charged me to hurt my business on google and is run by people who clearly don't care about quality service that actually works or customer satisfaction as long as they are getting their money. No wonder they have a 6 month contract. The company I use now is month to month because they know that what they are doing works, their customer service and communication are top notch, and they actually provide great results to your EXISTING website using google's best practices. I never write reviews but I'm happy to share this information with anyone smarter than me who chooses to look at reviews before trusting a company blindly. Choosing staylisted was one of the worst decisions I ever made for my business.
