What was the best part about using StartDate?

A great tool especially for recruitment firms who are looking for best applicants to refer to their clients. I am working in a recruitment firm and I could say that with the help of StartDate referring employees to our clients has never been this fast and easy. I am always on target in terms of sending my clients possible employees they could hire.

What would you change about your experience with StartDate?

Not too much to dislike with the software other than very few instances that pulling up leads are quite slow. We have a lot of requirements everyday and pooling is something that is required for us to accomplish almost everyday and if we experience delays just by pulling up information it is really hard for us to catch up. I hope they could do something about this.

Overall Feedback

The tool is robust enough to provide us all names we need to check. The portfolios we are getting from using the software truly satisfies our overall need to present applicants to our clients. This is definitely a huge help for us and I ma really happy that I started using and implementing the usage of this software.
