Nothing with this company was good. My recommendation is, stay away from them. Not professional at all including EMS

This is not about how Lucas T Child works, it's about how the company works in general. My recommendation is, stay away from START and EMS. I made my application more than 2 months ago. I started using their services, because they told me that my company was approved, but they never mentioned that the approval of the Underwriting and Risk departments was still pending. To sum it all up, communicating with the representatives that attend your account is a problem, sometimes you have to call repeatedly and get angry to get answers. The information they provide you is not transparent. There is manipulation of information, omission of information, they never show you the percentages that will be applied to transactions where they charge 2.9% per transaction, a fee of $29 USD per month for the Merchant account in addition to 10 other taxes that I am still dealing with to figure out what they are. After waiting for 1 month, receiving payments in EMS, I have to phone EMS to be told that my account was not approved and that my funds will be frozen for 4 months. I never received an email, a call, from anyone notifying me about this. Everything with both companies is very bad. I have been working in ecommerce for several years and I have never seen such a thing in my life.
